These are conversions for this unlock, not permanent offsets for every date. Tokyo crosses into the following calendar day. Preloading downloads the game; it does not turn a Standard license into Premium early access.
Before unlock, check access and installation
Confirm the account that owns your edition, the store where you bought it and the device you will use. The platform overview distinguishes Xbox, Xbox PC and Steam; PC requirements include 115 GB of available SSD space.
PC offline play is unavailable until the full release on October 6. Keep that limitation in mind if you expect to use an early-access installation without a connection.
