The US Steam price difference is $30. Your region, currency and store can differ. These extras are a purchase preference; they do not establish a stronger Horde class or a damage advantage.
Do you already have the base game?
Buying a full edition
Standard suits a player who wants the game at full release without paying for Premium extras. Premium suits someone who specifically values its early-access window and cosmetic package.
Buying an upgrade
Premium Upgrade does not include the base game. Check the upgrade listing against the license or subscription you already have. An upgrade by itself should not be treated as a playable standalone purchase.
Read the Game Pass entitlement guide if membership supplies your base-game access. Check the release and early-access times before paying for an early window that may already be nearly over.
Preorder rewards are separate from early access
Digital preorder rewards are normally granted automatically. Physical retailers may supply a single-use redemption code. Exfil Dom is a character skin for Horde Siege and Versus; the preorder weapon skins apply to eligible weapons in those modes.
Standard preorder does not grant Premium early access. The preorder beta benefit referred to a beta that has ended. Match your store to the co-op and ownership arrangement you want, then use the Coins and Iron guide to understand what the paid currency does.
